What to expect during your visits with us:

• During your consult, the doctor evaluates your general health and walks you through the diet protocol.
• After you fill out our health assessment questionnaire, if you and the doctor feel you are ready to proceed, we will get your blood pressure, pulse, temperature, height, weight, body fat analysis and other measurements.
• You will get the hCG-Diet Handbook that gives you information about the protocol and how it works. We included a color-coded food list that was devised for maximum fat loss. The colors on the food sheet match our unique, easy-to-follow worksheets, numbered for your convenience and created for you to help you keep track of your intake.
• These worksheets will also help us monitor your progress with you to have a clearer picture of what may be working or what may not work for you and why if your weight loss has slowed down, why you may be at a temporary plateau. This way we can make timely suggestions to maximize the fat lost. This is not a diet that you will stay on for the rest of your life or even for an extended period.
• We will give you a week’s worth of hCG - in a new effective tablet form.
• You will set weekly appointments. The same day each week is best but it should also be when you can come in.
• During your weekly visits, you will be weighed and measured to help us evaluate your progress.
• You will see the doctor for a brief check, to assure us of your health and well-being and for you to ask any unanswered questions you may have.
• The doctor then approves another 7-day supply of tablets.
